Rachelle Markham, IBCLC
Rachelle Markham is the founder of PocketLC Pro & Wellness Lactation. Rachelle has been an IBCLC since 2003, and has worked in a variety of environments, including a community clinic, owning a pump rental station, hospital & NICU, private practice, and running a corporate lactation program.
Rachelle grew up observing their mom being the lone La Leche Leader in our rural central California area. By the age of 10 they could recognize a parents' main complaint based only on her mom's side of the phone conversation. When she was in her early 20's she read an article about UCSD's Lactation Training Program and signed up the next day - after the first class, Rachelle convinced her mom to join her and they both became IBCLC's.
Rachelle currently works with her mom supporting their 400 corporate clients, runs a private practice and supports IBCLC's within the PocketLC Pro Community.
